I made a huge mistake. Never write a review on first day. This is Kim F. I was mistaken and fooled by Shannon auto sales. I looked and test drove car when was filthy. My Huge mistake. I was also thinking pretty good shape because of 25,000 miles. Wrong. I went to pick up car after detailed and bought.. Hard a chew torn mark on the back vent, in the back and white liquid stuff all over back seat. When test drove car. Randall said the owner was driving it and had a dog. I didn’t realize that the dog tore the back part and the white stuff was dog slobber in bedded in the leather. And huge dog scratches on doors. I took pictures of scratches on first day home. I thought could get detailed. Nope It has to be completely buffed and painted. I got an estimate from Shannon body shop. Said had to be buffed and while side repainted. I was still not happy and talked to Randall and Dwayne both saying were no scratches on car. Dwayne said looked at pictures. Caught them both lying. I told them both repeatedly not happy. They agreed to fix car as a a gesture. So I drove 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back home to drop off. It was a few hours later. Randall leaves me a voicemail saying car looks great Drove another 30 minutes there and back. Looked at car and they didn’t do nothing. Except make it worse. Used a lighter paint color type paint marker to fill in the scratches. So now my car is damaged more from them. I have to not only look at the scratches but with a paint color that doesn't Match my car. TRUST me don’t work with them. You will get hung up on the phone, lied to your face and the run around for no reason. Learned my lesson first time buyer from not a well known dealer. Go to the big name dealership. Please don’t be in my shoes. More
