Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

Good experience but I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. - I came in for my first annual servicing. No one thought to ask if I wanted to include the annual safety inspection. I assumed with a new car that they would do it complimentary. Wouldn't mind paying but the car was released and I had to wait at my local gas station for an hour to get it done. - After I got home I noticed that the notice that I needed service was not reset. Otherwise Mr Castro was responsive and I love the car!

When I first connected with Andrii through a contact form I filled out with the dealership, he was straightforward, kind, and made the buying experience truly enjoyable. I haad the 4 series in mind, I thought it would be perfect for me. But he wanted me to test drive the car first, and I really quickly realized, that it was not the one. He also knew I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would, while we were going back and forth on models I could try, I happen to peak on the window of an X3. The Espresso Brown color peaked my interest, and I opened the vehicle, i sat on the driver’s seat and I fell in love. He also noticed my reaction and quickly looked up a few X3s I could Test Drive and that I would probably like with the features I wanted. He found the one and I came back the next day to test drive it. After we did the drive, I knew, he knew, I called my mom, so she knew too hahaha I was so in love with this X3. A few days later he worked with me and gave me a really good deal on the vehicle. I’m so happy I didn’t pick the model I thought I wanted, and the best part is that he never pushed me to get it either because he knew the series 4 wasn’t my car. The difference in my excitement when I drove the series 4 to when i drove the X3 told him everything he needed to know, and he knew that was my car! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The car is gorgeous, and I hope to buy my next one from him as-well. Truly an excellent person, wth attention to detail, not pushy, and committed to finding the car for YOU and your lifestyle.
