Past experiences of test drives and car salesmen were not fond memories. Our first stop was Sharp Honda where we met Daniel Mandel. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us feel comfortable. He listened and was able to answer questions and helped us find the right vehicle for us. We knew the CRV had high ratings, but we had not driven or shopped for vehicles in years. Daniel’s eagerness to show us all the features & safety options the CRV offers was exciting! We had fun test driving the different models which helped us decide on the 2017 model due to its larger, more spacious interior! The 2017 CRV has so many positive upgrades! Daniel’s passion & positive personality was contagious, as well as a key factor of the sale that day! He helped with all the details, he even synced my phone to the CRV! Glen answered all of my questions and invited me back if I had questions at a later date. When i did come back he was just as attentive as he was when I purchased my vehicle. If you do go to Sharp Honda in Topeka, Kansas you are in for a nice surprise with the service. If happen to get Glen as your sales rep ask him to play his harmonica for you he does a nice job. Worst dealer ever We purchased a car from them. Found out the mirrors didn't adjust because the control motor was out nor the window on the passenger side. They didn't We purchased a car from them. Found out the mirrors didn't adjust because the control motor was out nor the window on the passenger side. They didn't say a word about it. Filled it up with gas and the gauge doesn't work. They fixed the window but not on the gauge. Make sure to check everything and have them fill the tank so you know everything works. They said they disclosed the information but they never said a word to us. They define the term "used car salesman" perfectly. They will screw you any chance they have. Hope this helps someone. I wish I would have known how they lie and cheat. I wish I would of read the posts on this site earlier More
