I was trying to get a new tire for my Ford F-150 I had just purchased 4 tires an other service and had spent over $1,000. I called several times and spoke with a service rep that was new and not very he just purchased 4 tires an other service and had spent over $1,000. I called several times and spoke with a service rep that was new and not very helpful. After being disconnected several times I was finally put in touch with the service manager. He explained to me that they were really busy and that they would get to me as soon as they could. He asked if they could look into my needs and call me back to set up an appointment. I asked him if I could expect some one to reach out that day and he said they would call me back ASAP. Another day has past and they still have not reached out to me and when I call I continue to stay on hold until finally I give up. I understand being busy but the least they could do is to call me back and let me know what is going on. I have done business with them for a couple of years and always felt like my business meant a lot to them. Obviously, I was mistaken. All I have to say to others reading this is and expecting communications regarding service is, , good luck! More
