I was there 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! I had an appointment and was told it would only take 35-45 minutes. If they would have told me 1 1/2 hours I would have rescheduled bc they rotation! I had an appointment and was told it would only take 35-45 minutes. If they would have told me 1 1/2 hours I would have rescheduled bc they made me late collecting my animal from the vets office. There was only 1 other customer besides myself. Then they charged me when they shouldn't have bc it was included in my warranty! They didn't resent my oil settings and they readjusted my seat settings and radio! NOT a happy customer! I absolutely do not want to give even 1 star but I am forced bc it won't let me continue without at least 1. More

Too much time spent in waiting lounge. I had an 8:00 appointment. Didn't start work on truck for at least 45 minutes later. Truck hadn't moved at this point. Finally at 12 noon I went to as I had an 8:00 appointment. Didn't start work on truck for at least 45 minutes later. Truck hadn't moved at this point. Finally at 12 noon I went to ask how much longer it would be and they told me it had been completed for 1 1/2 hours. Apparantly my time means nothing to the but they have no problem charging for theirs. The work by the mechanic was fine. But this is time from my life I can't get back. No, I'm not satisfied at all!
