Richard Fabrizi (Service Advisor) and the Service Technician (I don't have his name but I think it was Tech A62) are my heroes! I had a breakdown on my 2012 Econoline Van that made it undriveable. B Technician (I don't have his name but I think it was Tech A62) are my heroes! I had a breakdown on my 2012 Econoline Van that made it undriveable. Because I get my service done at Sharpnack Ford, I get the DriveSure benefit which includes Premium Roadside Assistance. I was able to have my full-size van towed at no cost to me to Sharpnack Ford on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning (before 9 am) Richard called and told me my van was all done and ready for me to pick up! I was extremely happy with the purchase experience. Salesman, Finance Department..... I was so impressed that I was convinced that I would always purchase cars from here. Until I needed service, It always seems to be an issue: 1. Requested a loaner car, the day before appointment they notified me that they wouldn't have one for me. 2. Had an appointment today, husband took the day off work to bring the car in. Got a call 45 min before the appointment that the transmission guy called off sick. I understand people get sick -but now my husband wasted a vacation day and will have to take another one to have my car looked at. 3. Have been complaining about transmission issues for months and nothing is ever done Just very disappointing. More
