I was extremely happy with the purchase experience. Salesman, Finance Department..... I was so impressed that I was convinced that I would always purchase cars from here. Until I needed service, It always seems to be an issue: 1. Requested a loaner car, the day before appointment they notified me that they wouldn't have one for me. 2. Had an appointment today, husband took the day off work to bring the car in. Got a call 45 min before the appointment that the transmission guy called off sick. I understand people get sick -but now my husband wasted a vacation day and will have to take another one to have my car looked at. 3. Have been complaining about transmission issues for months and nothing is ever done Just very disappointing. More

They have gone way out of their way to even deliver the car to me in Cleveland because I could not get out there to pick it up. They made it worth my travel to go to Willard to purchase my Explorer.
