Besides the fact that he looks like a famous actor, Tim Ott is also by far the best dealer I have ever worked with! Even after I already got the car, it was freezing outside, there was cold air coming out of his mouth while we were sitting in the heated car, and he was outside still helping us out. It was 10:30pm, (the dealership closes at 9:00), and he was telling me everything I needed to know about my new car. Most dealers would just say "Thanks, come back tomorrow." But he was with us the whole way through and after. He used the best of his abilities and went to great lengths to get us the best deal that we can get. And in the end, we were very happy with the deal and walked out of the doors dancing (until we got to the car, then we started driving). He made us laugh, was ready to help us, worked quickly, and made the process of buying a car fly by! The whole entertaining ride of buying a car was as quick as my first signature. Went in to purchase a new 2012 Chrysler 300. After comparison shopping for deals in my area, Tim reached out to me via email one hour before their closing time to accept my offer. The vehicle being reserved, I asked if they could accept us coming in at such a late hour or should we wait to conduct business the next day. Tim stated his dealership was willing to stay open past closing time to accommodate us. After a short meet and greet, we got down to business. Tim is a very nice guy, easy to speak to and easy to understand, thanks to his want to be clear with his clients so they better understand the process. He did have a momentary point of frustration when we were hashing out details, but I can attribute that to the long work day he no doubt was in. After the hiccup, we continued on, received the beautiful vehicle at the cost I requested and drove home. Side note: because of the lateness of our purchase (we ended up leaving the dealership 2 hours after their closing time), our vehicle was given to us without a proper wash. Tim wanted us to stop by the next day so they can put it in our hands spotless. I thank Tim for having his dealership wash the vehicle, although even after the wash, the car still seemed like it could use a "premium" wash. All in all, a very good experience from a very good dealership with a good man who tried to accommodate us where he could and had no surprises. That last bit - car buyers will know this - is worth its wait in gold. More
