Overall this was a pretty disappointing transaction. BUT lots of firsts! I purchased a LEXUS LS500 from them. It was my 8th LEXUS LS. The first one being in 1991. This car is fine. Ive had it now for about a month and aside from a few minor (factory warranty) issues it's been fine. The sales process from start to finish was pretty disappointing. First of all they did not discount their car one single dollar (they had some unrealistic inflated retail price on their website they claimed showed a discount) but they would not lower their price at all. Good for them! They had a car I wanted and it was equipped the way I needed it so I agreed to buy it. Now the fun starts. The salesmen called me after I said I wanted to buy the car to tell me it actually had 3,000 more miles on it than was advertised. I asked for a price adjustment, they said no! Of the 7 previous LS's I have purchased, 4 of them were purchased out of state. In each of those cases the dealerships were all kind enough to provide transportation to me from the airport to the dealership. Either through car service or an uber. Not at Shaver! I had to get my own transportation. I brought a certified check to the dealership for the full amount of the car. When I asked for the title they told me it would have to be mailed to me and then they asked me for $30.00 to cover the federal express shipping cost!?!?!? The best part of it was when I finally drove away in my new $70,000.00 car, it had a 1/4 tank of gas! Now in all fairness I should mention they did give me a bottle of water, I guess it wasn't all horrible! I understand they have been in business for a long time so obviously they are doing something right! I would just say if you get invited to their house for dinner you'll likely starve to death! (bring your own sandwich). More

Charged me $399. 00 for locking lug nuts that aren't on my car. Charged me $399.00 for LoJak that I didn't want. Other vehicle purchased Charged me $399.00 for locking lug nuts that already had factory installed locking lug nuts. Charged me $399.00 for LoJak I didn't want. Understandably it was my fault for not catching at time of purchase.... but thought since that I was purchasing 2 cars and paying CASH I didn't think they would intentionally screw me. A refund of $1,596.00 plus tax would be the proper thing to do More
