Charged me $399. 00 for locking lug nuts that aren't on my car. Charged me $399.00 for LoJak that I didn't want. Other vehicle purchased Charged me $399.00 for locking 00 for locking lug nuts that aren't on my car. Charged me $399.00 for LoJak that I didn't want. Other vehicle purchased Charged me $399.00 for locking lug nuts that already had factory installed locking lug nuts. Charged me $399.00 for LoJak I didn't want. Understandably it was my fault for not catching at time of purchase.... but thought since that I was purchasing 2 cars and paying CASH I didn't think they would intentionally screw me. A refund of $1,596.00 plus tax would be the proper thing to do More
