Body Shop for a minor repair I received my truck back after a small repair in the back quarter panel. To complete the repair the had to disassemble the door. When doing this the interior of the door, where the door panel is removed, had to be removed to be painted. This is where there where scratch marks in the door from where the service tech had tried to pry the door off. Since the repair I have had it back to correct the rattle within the door. When this was brought to the service managers attention, Brad, he was quick to discredit my claims and said that this was not his problem. Very disappointing. I would not recommend the body shop. More

We went to the dealership to check out car colors, but Nick Rocha and Mike Alzatar offered us such an amazing deal that we bought a car that night. Their professionalism combined with a no pressure sales approach was refreshing. We test drive several cars, had our trade in appraised and signed the paperwork in less than 3 hours. There was no haggling over price, options etc. as we have experienced with past car purchases. Even the finance man Mike was professional and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford or used car. Charges That Did Not Apply I recently had a car worked on at this dealership. On top of labor, and the price of the part, I was charged $24.99 for “Supplies.” I questioned them I recently had a car worked on at this dealership. On top of labor, and the price of the part, I was charged $24.99 for “Supplies.” I questioned them on this charge, and was told there is always a supplies charge and you are billed a percentage of the total labor charge. The issue is that my requested service did not require any supplies to be used. They said no matter what, there is always a supplies charge. So if you would like to pay an extra 25% for supplies (whether they are used on your vehicle or not), continue going to this shop. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. More

Unprofessional staff When I initially displayed interest in one of the vehicles at this location, I was contacted immediately to set up a time to come look at it. When I went to look at the car everything seemed okay minus a few bumps and bruises. There was no negotiating of the price. The salesman insisted that the price was "unbeatable" and "a great deal". The vehicle had only 1 owner and low miles so I just went ahead and made the purchase. The fact that the vehicle was owned by a rental agency should have been my que to walk away because shortly after buying the vehicle I found out that it would randomly decide not to start. I got it checked out by a mechanic in addition to the one of the dealership. Both told me there were multiple fault codes in the transmission and went ahead to fix them. Even after having the issue fixed twice, I opted to try and get a different vehicle. I didn't want my money back. Just another car. Of course I fought for several weeks to make this happen and not until the very end did I get to talk to the manager. He cowardly came out of his office once I mentioned reporting their dealership to the Better Business Bureau and in no time I was in a different vehicle. Later down the road I looked to sell my vehicle as I was going to NY and needed an suv. All I needed was some information about the extended warranty I purchased from the dealership when I bought the vehicle. The finance manager was nothing but rude and disrespectful to me. He danced around giving me the information because he knew that the yet to be paid off extended warranty was about to lose him money once I sold the vehicle. Never again will I do business with a staff made up of disrespect and immature tactics to try and hold onto sales. More
