Sleazy dishonest sales people. I would go anywhere but this dealership. I ordered a new vehicle and waited seven months for it to come in. I have a signed sales order from them they will not honor. I have filed a complaint with Ford. My next step is to get a lawyer. This is not the experience you want in purchasing your new vehicle. 2 hours for basic oil change that I get for free because I bought my car from them., I had a appointment, and I have never had this type of experience before today. FINALLY, went to front desk and asked what was taking so long and where is the guy that comes talks to me and says we are wrapping it up now??? . They said they would go ask, another 15 mins went by. Then she came back and said they are pulling it around, 10 mins later, i see my car. The service tech come in smiling, says all done, sign here.. I said are you kidding me, are you seriously smiling at me.. I have waited 2 hours dude, what the xxxx were you all doing. He said iam not sure what happened. Seriously . I bought a 40,000 PLUS dollar car and by time you all add this service plan and free oil changes, I end up owing over 50,000 ..and you are going to come at me with "Iam not sure." I am furious, not to mention no one called me and said hey I am sorry our service tech is to busy playing on his phone and scratching his xxx.... Iam so done with this company !!! More

It was after we signed the papers that our frustration began, and we learned that the car we purchased was not ready to leave the dealership. Management and the service department are now dragging thier feet on having the car ready, and have no concern for the inconvenience they are creating. If they were half as concerned with delivery of my vehicle as they were with taking my down payment, I'd be driving the car I purchased last Thursday, I'd be driving my car right now. More
