"Great Experience, bought a nice commuter car at a great pric"

Friendly dealership and honest employees. I needed a new car that was reasonably priced and good on gas, Shearer was my first stop and i'm glad I choose them! I was showed a great price and treated well during my visit. They have great amenities like snacks, coffee and water while paperwork is being processed. Would highly recommend! A+ my new favorite Burlington Dealer!

"Buying out a lease shouldn’t take more than an hour..."

My husband and I had leased a car from Shearer and decided at the end of the lease to buy it out. We made an appointment and showed up a little early. We were greeted and told the guy we needed to see was “out on a delivery”and wouldn’t be back for an hour, then seated at a small table. We waited...and waited, check in hand. Salespeople and account people were milling around at the counter, talking and waiting for customers. Finally the guy who greeted us came by and said the other guy would be with us “very very shortly”. About 30 minutes later, he finally showed up. We signed four papers and handed over the check, which took all of five minutes. This is not the way to run a business—there should be more than one closer. We will never lease or buy another car from this dealership. I haven’t felt this disrespected in years.

"Great Experience"

My friend and I weren't really sure what we wanted for a car so we rolled into Shearer expecting to not really find anything that we would like. We were treated by Doug who brought us inside and we started talking. At first we thought we wanted to look at the new Malibu but unfortunately they didn't have any. So we started talking and somehow ended up looking at something totally different. My friend and I aren't very old so it is very difficult trying to find a dealership that would take us seriously, both Dodge and Ford turned us down because they didn't see us as potential buyers. When we finished our test drive we weren't really in love with the car and Doug understood that and didn't try to pressure us into buying anything. Over all we didn't find a car that we liked, but we did find a dealer and salesman that was outstanding.
