Memorial Day Shopping -Brett D I recently had back surgery and was looking to get into a vehicle that was easier to get into. I was disappointed that my first choice did not work ou I recently had back surgery and was looking to get into a vehicle that was easier to get into. I was disappointed that my first choice did not work out as I was upside down by a sizeable amount and figured this was not going to happen. Ryan and his management team worked their magic and showed me a Jeep that could possibly work out. Ryan allowed me the time to learn and test drive this Jeep and allowed the Jeep to sell itself to me. No big sales gimmicks or tricks. Kudos Ryan. The next steps both Randy and Jennifer had "Mission Impossible" with my situation. Even on a holiday they did the hardest work and kept reassuring me they could work my situation. Final result was "Mission Impossible" completed and I drove off the lot with my Jeep.
