I am happy to say that Sheboygan Chrysler has completely solved that problem by employing sales consultants who do not work on a commission. Our sales consultant, Zack Plendl, was very good to deal with. He was knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. He did not try to push us into anything and made us very comfortable. His knowledge of the vehicle was very good and he easily answered all of our questions. Overall he made the process stress-free. That is what car buying should be. More

We came to the dealership and asked to see Morgan, lucky for us she was available! She was extremely friendly, polite and very easy to work with. She answered all our questions and knew the features of the Jeep quite well. We have bought several cars over the years and even have bought here before, Morgan is far and away the best and easiest to work with salesperson we have ever dealt with. All of the employees took the time to say hello to us and make us feel welcome too. Overall is was a great experience, hassle free, and i would even say that Morgan made it fun as well. "Down To Earth Pricing" My curiosity was peaked when I happened upon the dealership while looking for a new vehicle on line. Being from Milwaukee, Sheboygan was a decent ride My curiosity was peaked when I happened upon the dealership while looking for a new vehicle on line. Being from Milwaukee, Sheboygan was a decent ride but based on the "asking" prices of two vehicles, in particular, I was interested in I made a Sunday afternoon trip to scope out what they had. One of the vehicles was on the lot while the other was kept "safe" (from nasty impending weather) inside. After reviewing the one vehicle I had my eye on I looked at all their other vehicles and found some pretty awesome automobiles with very competitive pricing compared to what I was seeing in the Milwaukee market. Having owned over 40+ vehicles, in my lifetime, I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I initially communicated with Alea Corbett who graciously guided me through questions and eventually set me up with a sales rep who I was to meet with when I came back out to the dealership. Upon returning to the dealership a few days later I met with sales rep Joel Hammen who explained Sheboygan Chrysler's philosophy and then we were off for a test drive in the vehicle that was kept "safe" (for me) when I was out days earlier. Well needless to say I fell for the vehicle and proceeded with the " fun part", the deal. Manager Brad Nelson then stopped by and asked me if I would like to join him on a "test ride" of the vehicle I was trading in and I have to say this was a first. On the short ride Brad complimented the awesome shape that my 6 year old, 37K mile, vehicle was in and a few minutes later we were back at the dealership. Within minutes a written offer was presented with a trade in value for my car that I felt was very fair for the deal at hand. Within less than 24 hours later a super low mileage, well priced, 2014 Roush Mustang was sitting in my Milwaukee driveway. I will definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from this fine dealership in the future. As far as I'm concerned, from the dealership to the sales rep to the management team, it was totally worth the drive from Milwaukee. Oh and a "shout out" to Nathan Trottier who, while waiting for the paperwork to be processed, engaged my son and I in conversation over the new Chrysler Pacifica. Hmm, now that I have my "toy" a nice, roomy, over the road vehicle might just be in the offing. More
