Great experience buying used. Great experience buying used a used van. We told them what we were looking for and they worked within those parameters. There was no sales pitch or pressure for us to look outside of our comfort area and budget. They worked with us on our trade to get our final purchase price into our budget, something other dealerships wouldn't do with us because our trade was high mileage. It is unfortunate that you can take care of a vehicle which allows you to keep it for a long time, but because you took care of it and kept it for a long time everyone tells you it is worthless. Not here, we got a more than fair trade in for our old war horse of a van. During the final stages of the purchase we did have a hiccup. We were told of certain warranties that we would be getting to find out that on our particular choice of vehicle the warranties were unavailable. Nate, Tim and Brad made it right and honored what we had been told earlier on in the process. They didn't have to, but they did because they knew it was important to us. They do actually care about their customers. Other dealerships should take notice and learn a little bit from Sheboygan Chrysler on how to treat a customer. If the service department treats us as well as the sales staff we will be returning often. I plan on keeping this van as long as my first, but when it is time for newer model we will definitely come back. More

Awesome Customer Service!!!! Due to an assumption on my end based on pictures I saw, I went to Sheboygan Auto to look at a black 2016 Chrysler 300C; however it ended up being dark Due to an assumption on my end based on pictures I saw, I went to Sheboygan Auto to look at a black 2016 Chrysler 300C; however it ended up being dark gray. I was upset and frustrated that I took the day off to look at this car, which ended up being the wrong car. Nathan acknowledged this and told me that he could look to see if he could find the car I have been looking for. Sure enough, 15 minutes later he had two cars for me to look at. Upon selecting the car I wanted, the dealership arranged drivers and picked the car up, which was an hour and a half away. I have been looking for the perfect car for three years and have worked with multiple dealerships during this time. This was the first time that I was provided this type of customer service and this amount of effort to try finding the perfect car that I have been looking for. Given that the car was located an hour and a half away, my husband and I had to wait for a few hours, which was to be expected given the circumstance. Another example of great customer service and appreciation for their customers is that Nathan and his manager thanked my husband and I multiple times for our patience. However, we believed that they deserved the “Thanks” not us because they were going above and beyond to get this car for me. Nathan acknowledged and saw that I have spent a lot of time looking for this car and that I spent a lot of money buying this car from the dealership. Another example of great customer service, is the fact that Nathan offered to deliver my car to me, which was two hours away from the dealership, so that the dealership could detail the car and ensure that the car is given to me in the condition that I would expect it to be given the money spent. Although it was hard to not drive away with my new car, I appreciated their honesty and willingness to ensure that I would not be disappointed. In the end, I know waiting a day and a half will be worth it. These are just a few examples of great customer service that we experienced. We will definitely use this dealership again when the time comes to purchase a vehicle. In fact, on the way home from the dealership, my husband was already talking about his next purchase from Sheboygan Auto. More
