Happy New Car Owners! After researching and comparing prices on dodge journeys at a few different dealerships they were able to offer us the best price which saved us money After researching and comparing prices on dodge journeys at a few different dealerships they were able to offer us the best price which saved us money, kept our business local, and were able to work with the same sales associate, Greg, who sold us our trade in 6 years ago. We were satisfied with our last car purchase experience so were glad to give him repeat business. I would rate 5 stars but I'm giving 4 as they didn't offer us a purchase proposal, financing and trade in price prior to going there, which other dealerships did. This meant we had to wait while they inspected our trade in and found incentives and got finance approved instead of just going in and signing forms and driving away. Would have been nice to have everything done over emails and phone ahead of time. More

Great car buying experience Nathan was great to work with. We originally had them put a 2017 Pacifica on hold for us but when we got there we told him we changed our minds and di Nathan was great to work with. He said no problem and let us look at a 2016 town and country. We were not pressured into buying the Pacifica at all. We ended up buying the town and country. We did realize the alignment was a little off and they fixed the problem immediately. It was worth going out of town for this vehicle, we were not treated as friendly with the dealership in our town. I would definitely buy from here again! More

Liars Our first question was to the general manager about some features a particular vehicle had. He told us the van did in fact have a dvd system in it. Later when checking if one or two displays his coworker responded and informed us there where none. We were planning on driving two hrs to purchase the van, and by the general manager being out of the office when we asked more questions saved a great deal of time and pain from a sub par dealership. I would gladly pay more somewhere other than Sheyboygan Auto!!! More
