He said no problem and let us look at a 2016 town and country. We were not pressured into buying the Pacifica at all. We ended up buying the town and country. We did realize the alignment was a little off and they fixed the problem immediately. It was worth going out of town for this vehicle, we were not treated as friendly with the dealership in our town. I would definitely buy from here again! More

Liars Our first question was to the general manager about some features a particular vehicle had. He told us the van did in fact have a dvd system in it. Later when checking if one or two displays his coworker responded and informed us there where none. We were planning on driving two hrs to purchase the van, and by the general manager being out of the office when we asked more questions saved a great deal of time and pain from a sub par dealership. I would gladly pay more somewhere other than Sheyboygan Auto!!! More

Love My Chrysler Before finding this dealership and this car, I had looked at over 10 plus dealerships and test drove 5 or 6 SUVs. After I realized that I did not love any of those SUVs, I decided that I was going to look at some cars with AWD. I came to sheboyganauto.com and I found a 2015 Chrysler 200 C and I fell in love with the color, the fact that it was AWD, and that it got good gas mileage. I immediately set up a time to come and test drive it. When I got to the dealership, Nathan came out right away and greeted me. I went inside did some paperwork and in no time I was in the car and he was showing me how everything worked, which I was very grateful for because there were a lot of new features that I didn't know how to use. After driving the car, I was in love. I wanted to buy it right then and there but because of a time restraint that I had, I couldn't. Nathan talked to his manager and they allowed me to put money down to hold it and after a couple days and some emails and phone calls I was on my way back to purchase my blue/silver 2015 Chrysler 200. Once the paperwork was all done, Nathan was once again very helpful and went over everything that I would need to know about my car and out the dealerships service department. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received and I would highly recommend this dealership and Nathan to any of my friends and family. More
