Honest, friendly, and pleasant! I have never enjoyed buying cars... I've always found the process tiresome, vague and intimidating. When my husband and I first met with Mike Stoltzm I have never enjoyed buying cars... I've always found the process tiresome, vague and intimidating. When my husband and I first met with Mike Stoltzmann, my view began to turn around. We were in the market for our first minivan, and Mike searched far and wide for one that suited our requirements. After a few days going back and forth (great communication!) we actually ended up finding a great vehicle right at the dealership, and brought it home tonight. Mike made sure we were comfortable with the features of the vehicle before leaving the lot, which was helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. Throughout the entire process, I felt like he wanted us to be happy with our purchase and wasn't just trying to make a quick sale. Worth noting, I think, is that Mike is a veteran of the US Army, and perhaps it is his military background that sets him apart in this industry as particularly genuine and trustworthy. Thank you, Mike, for your service. We also worked with Brad Nelson, Mike's manager, who was also friendly and easy to work with, and Aaron Romanoski, who offered us a very fair deal on our old trade. Timothy Hill processed our paperwork with lightning speed and efficiency with a dash of humor, getting us on the road in our new Chrysler Pacifica quickly. Fast n Easy I had been looking online for about 2 months, and fibally found the vehicle I wasnted. I had gotten approved on my own so I knew this was a done deal. Of corse me being me, I went in about an hour till close (not realizing it). Chad showed me the vehicle I had seen online, talked a little about it and asked if I wanted to test drive it. I declined as I had previously driven one and just wanted to get in and out. (It was pratically new 6600 miles owned by a salesman there) He got me all set up that night and I came back the next day to take delivery.
