That all changed when I walked into this dealership and lucked into Greg Place. He was incredibly honest, helpful, professional, and personable. He isn't just a guy trying to sell you any car possible to get some commission. If you go to Greg, I would say it's guaranteed that he will find the best deal and the best vehicle suited for you, and you'll walk out both excited and relieved at how smooth the process was. He was with me every step of the way and took what I originally viewed as a stressful experience and turned it into a wonderful moment in my life. Leah helped me with the purchasing process and she was very fast and efficient! Together they managed to give me impeccable service, which is why I rated this dealership five stars. Zach took the time to listen to my needs to be sure the vehicle I was looking at met all my needs. Zach explained the dealerships Mission Staemant and how they priced their inventory. I then met with a dealership mechanic, Josh. Josh was able to answer all additional questions I had and point out things I may not have considered about the truck. After test driving I met Sales Manager Shissing Ly. He made the transition from test driving to purchasing smooth. He took the time to make sure that I was completely satisfied before coming to terms and was able to offer financing that was right for me. Hot buy in cold weather Looking for a new car in winter is challenging. There were tons of great used cars, clearly marked, and enough lot room to easily pull over and take a good look. And, low and behold...a very attentive salesman named Mike Stoltzmann happily greeted me. Long story short...(I believe this dealership aims to keep the story as short and friendly as possible), I found my new wheels! He was also very understanding as we sat there and debated 2 different vehicles. During that time he was able to point out different things that each vehicle had to offer so we could make a better decision. Mike and Sheboygan Chrysler where not at all pushy or demanding as we shopped for cars. They did not try to sell us any other cars other than the vehicles we wanted to see. They did not try to force us into making a decision by telling us "we will offer you this today and today only, if you walk out the door we won't give you that price again." I really respect that they did not do that because I like to take time and give it some thought when making a decision to spend that amount of money.
