They were more than willing to take my trade for the amount I was looking for, and also was able to send me most of the paperwork they needed filled out so I had nothing to worry about when I got there. Saw dealers from Milwaukee to Appleton, THIS is the best! I am a full-time college student, and couldn't find a car, or dealership who fit my needs and very limited budget. She was one of the friendliest customer assistance representatives I've ever worked with in any field, much less car buying! I drove almost 50 minutes on the hope that I had actually stumbled upon a dealer who was different... and I am SO happy I did. I had the sincere pleasure of working with Chad Shaw, who was a breath of fresh air after so many negative experiences at other dealerships. Chad worked very hard with my very limited budget to put me in an amazing Chevy which I absolutely adore! Tim Hill, on top of his great customer service, worked to get us the best interest rate, and was one of the reasons I was able to afford such a nice vehicle. Hard at work My husband and I picked up our vehicle on Thursday and we were leaving with that vehicle to go to South Dakota the next day. I had went to Wal-Mart an My husband and I picked up our vehicle on Thursday and we were leaving with that vehicle to go to South Dakota the next day. I had went to Wal-Mart and the vehicle wouldn't start. Matt from the service department came to Wal-Mart, got me vehicle started and was working hard to find out what the problem was. Matt happened to be staying over just to work on my vehicle. Randy who is a manager also helped Matt figure out the problem which was fixed immediately.. Also Dory, the saleswoman was there to help too. If I needed a part for my vehicle , she was the one to go pick it up. I had groceries in my vehicle and they put the stuff that needed to be refrigerated in their refrigerator for me while figuring out the issue. At the end of it all, it was only the battery. The wires weren't hooked up properly. They were loose. Had it been something more, they would have fixed it immediately.Thank you Matt, Dory, and Randy for working hard to find the problem and helping me out. You All worked really hard and I am thankful for that. More
