Upon arrival at the dealership our sales staff, Chad Shaw and Shakira Wery, were waiting in the lobby to take care of us. All of the necessary paperwork was prepared and waiting for us to sign. Our vehicle was in immaculate condition and Chad Shaw and Shakira went out of their way to explain all of the vehicle's operating features and set up our phone to bluetooth as well as set up our on star account. Chad and Shakira were both extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as sincerely concerned about our buying experience. My Second Vehicle purchases From Sheboygan Chrysler I recently purchased my 4th Ram truck, which was my 2nd Ram purchased from Sheboygan Chrysler. As before, the experience is so much different than wha I recently purchased my 4th Ram truck, which was my 2nd Ram purchased from Sheboygan Chrysler. As before, the experience is so much different than what I have experienced in other dealerships in the south. I ran into Randy Swihart when I was just really browsing the inventory, but I did see a Sport that I really liked, so I inquired about it but had limited time. So upon my return I talked with Amy Brocker, and she suggested that we run the numbers on my existing truck and the Sport just to see how they would come out. It was the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. The entire process went very fluidly, with the trade in of my 2012, I upgraded to the loaded Sport for very close to the same note that my 2012 cost me. Amy was great and was extremely helpful in educating me in all the options the new truck had that the 2012 did not. She has been easy to contact and she has answered every question I have had since purchasing. I recommend everyone to stop in and experience the way a vehicle purchase should be!! More
