I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I took in yesterday once again to get a new radio installed that has been a on going issue since day one! When I took the Jeep in I told the service dept and the tech to make again to get a new radio installed that has been a on going issue since day one! When I took the Jeep in I told the service dept and the tech to make sure the radio was up to date and that it works normally and they said yes they would. When they called to tell me the Jeep was ready and all fixed I asked again is it fixed and they said yes it is. I picked up my Jeep and they took me to the reception desk and she was so rude and just threw my paper at me to sign and never said one word to me. So unacceptable!! I went to my Jeep and the millege was flashing and the radio was not installed with my apps for heated seats and stuff! So they blamed the tech but I feel like this should of been fixed and someone should double-check the work they do. I never got a sorry or anything. The one service advisor just shook her head and said I hate these dam Jeep radios. She was nice and got me a rental for toady but still not acceptable service. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone! The service department is very difficult to work with on this issue! More

My only problem was with Chad in discussion on price I had an $18,000 limit all in. He said if I can make it work will u buy now. I said I need to think it over night. Next day when Randy called I told h had an $18,000 limit all in. He said if I can make it work will u buy now. I said I need to think it over night.
