Quick and Painless! I am about to transfer to Green Bay for the rest of my bachelors degree this fall. A newer and more reliable car was at the top of my list. I had it figured out that a lease is what I was willing to buy. The next step was to take that dreaded trip to local dealerships and look for something I was interested in. You just know that you will be bombarded with salesmen who are just anxious to make a sale. To my surprise, it wasn't like that at all at Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge! I had gotten a lead to do business with Fred Noyes. So when I got to the dealership, I had one gentleman that introduced himself to me and took me to Fred's desk. I had my eyes set on a specific 2014 Dodge Dart, but to make a long story very short, the specific kind I wanted was no longer available. I soon found myself sold on a GT model instead of the SXT that I was originally looking at for the same exact lease price. This was quick thinking on his part, because it almost cost him the deal. Offering this alternative was a great catch. Everyone in the building is friendly and knowledgeable in regards to everything I asked. There was no beating around the bush of any kind. Fred went above and beyond in explaining in detail how everything was going to work out. All I literally had to do was tell him what I wanted in the deal and sign by the X. Aaron Romanoski was the financial specialist that I worked with. He also was extremely friendly and spelled everything out perfectly clear. Both of these gentlemen deserve recognition for their professionalism. I just briefly spoke with the manager, Chad Black, when he had to come over and approve of the sale. He personally thanked me for my business. I have about 150 miles on my Dart already and everything is running smooth. Their follow-up procedure is perfect. I got a personal follow-up from Fred after the sale and one asking me to fill out this review. I like that I am not being forced into buying anything extra. Nobody likes a salesman breathing down their neck when they are trying to enjoy their new purchase. I am very happy with the deal I received and would like everyone looking to buy/lease a new car to give Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge a try. My only complaint from the whole experience is that I did NOT get a full tank of gas with my brand new purchase! They only gave me a quarter tank. I suppose everyone is trying to save a buck, right? Overall, very pleased with my new ride! More

My First Car Jeff Wilson at Sheboygan Auto was very patient with me while I searched for my very first car. He gave me options from both of the lots (Chevrolet and Chrysler), listened to all of my "wants", gave me a variety of cars to test drive/look at that met these "wants", ran numbers for all of the different scenarios, and was really just the best. He did not pressure me one way or the other, and he kept reinforcing that I "need to choose something that I'm going to love". It was great working with Jeff and I would highly recommend him to others. He's the guy that listens to the customer and finds what the customer wants as oppose to just pushing a sale on someone. Not very happy. would have been my 3rd purchase from them. They didn't call me back about a deal we were working on. So, this past weekend I went with my dad to find a car and right away we ran into Jeff, he was assisting other people so he sent us with John Rodewald. Jeff promised me John will take good care of me, well he didn't lie. I told John what I was interested at, and before I knew it I was buying my Chevy Cruze. John was so honest with my dad and I through the entire process. Throughout my time there Jeff would come check on me to see how things were going.
