I had great customer service with the salesman Tim Heinen and Timothy whom I signed papers with. However the day I came to van shop I approached the front desk and let the lady there know that I had been ema and Timothy whom I signed papers with. However the day I came to van shop I approached the front desk and let the lady there know that I had been emailing with a man by the name of steve and that he asked me to stop in and he would hook my up with a salesman. She called a Steve, whom I think was the incorrect Steve, got off of the phone. looked at a man about 20 ft away and said these exact words " He said anyone can take her , so you can just have her." I never caught the womans name but she had blonde hair. I was like wow! terrible customer service. I thought to myself this salesman best be nice or I will walk out of here after knowing how I was just treated. Thankfully TIm was very nice and respectful to my husband and I. I think this woman needs to take classes on customer service. I feel she could have been better by stating . Please have a seat in our lounge and someone will be with you shortly , or, Thanks for waiting , Tim is available and will help you. This is our second time buying from your dealership and I would come back again. I work in customer service and would never say something like that to my customer. My husband is a successful businessman and runs his business on honesy and trust , he would never treat a customer the way she treated me. So as a businees owner I wanted to let you know how your staff memeber treated a repeat customer of yours in hopes that she takes some customer service classes to improve herself! I am sure you know that dealing with someone you feel you can trust is extremely important in car buying. I do not enjoy the process - wish the cars would last forever :) but because of our history with Randy I think he is giving me as good a deal as he can. In this situation it was fun to have him be excited to surprise Laura - my wife - with the new car - and then to follow up with her about how she liked it and any questions she had. - We still haven't figured out some of the voice activated stuff but know he will help us when we get a chance to get into see him. Tim and Joe both were able to have the truck inspected and ready for me within a week. They also made me aware of some minor repairs and services that were needed on truck. They and the service team at Sheboygan Chrysler repaired and serviced all needed issues before I let the lot. I walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I felt Tim was pushy and over eager. He insulted my daughter and made me feel like I was 'odd' because I was consulting with her before m to spend. I felt Tim was pushy and over eager. He insulted my daughter and made me feel like I was 'odd' because I was consulting with her before making this choice. He told me he never met anyone who took so long to make a decision. He also told me my new car had Uconnect which was a huge selling point, only to find out AFTER I purchased it, that is does not. All Dodge stereo plates after 09 have the Uconnect button, that does NOT mean the vehicle has it. The salesman should have know that, and that leads me to believe he lied to me to get the sale. When I called back the next day to ask him about this he said, oh I'm sorry bring it in, it is just a "download". I talked to the service dept. it is NOT just a download, it is $400 dollars!!!!!!! During the test drive I also commented on how the steering wheel pulled to one side, and he said that is because the road is "slanted". Well, that was a bunch a crap too, unless every road in Sheboygan is slanted. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. More
