Great Buying Experience! Found a Jeep Wrangler online that had everything we were looking for. Super Comfortable Atmosphere I stopped in after work and wanted to test drive vehicles to determine what I wanted. I was promptly greeted by Ashley who asked how she could help me I stopped in after work and wanted to test drive vehicles to determine what I wanted. I was promptly greeted by Ashley who asked how she could help me. I explained that I just wanted to determine what style Jeep I wanted and asked if we could test drive some. She asked what I was looking for, what features I had to have, color preferences, etc. After a few minutes she went and got keys for a Compass. After test driving that, I told her what I liked and didn't and asked if there were any Patriots. She found one and before I even drove it, I knew it was the one. As we were coming back from the test drive, I told her I need this car, but don't have time to do the paperwork that night. I made the down payment and set up an appointment for the next morning. I came in the next day and she had the car all ready for me. I met with Leah who made the financial/paperwork process super simple and made sure I understood everything, answering any questions I had, rather than feeling overwhelmed and like I was just signing pages. After everything was done, Ashley had me meet her manager, Aaron, to ensure that if she wasn't there, I would feel comfortable looking for someone else to help. He was super friendly and asked questions about my experience overall. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking for a vehicle and will continue to use them myself. More
