My contact began with Alia (Internet scheduling) who provided the initial insights on the Ram Rebel I was interested in. She provided great support and made finding the dealership a breeze! Upon arriving, I was greeted by Alan Branam who presented the Ram I was interested in. I would describe Alan as the perfect sales person to work with! He was very thorough and took his time to detail the vehicle and it's capabilities. His knowledge and experience with this truck was most valuable in my decision making process. The attention to detail provided far exceeded my experience with the other dealerships in the area I was considering. In addition to his insights, he was not the stereotypical "pushy" sales person. He took his time to learn my needs which made this buying experience one of a kind! In addition to working with Alan, I received excellent follow up support from Shisseng and Randy who helped close the deal and made me a happy customer!
