Jerremy Burgard was awesome. The Best Customer Service! My passenger window and (Beats) speaker was broken and I also had a noise by my drivers side tire. On Friday Jeremy looked it over and discovered a bad tie rod! I was going on a trip to Wyoming and needed to make sure my 2013 Chrysler 300 would make the trip. I went in on a Friday and needed everything fixed by Tuesday. I didn't give them much time to repair everything. They were able to fix the window on Friday and got me in on Tuesday to take care of the rest! Pretty amazing staff. I live a hour away but would not take my car to the dealership in Fond du Lac because of their poor customer service. Jeremy and the other staff were really great people. Also thank you Josh and Sherri with 2 r's!! You all are Incredible. More
