The staff works on salary so no high pressure tactics involved. His knowledge of the vehicle answered all our questions. Since the car hadn't been detailed, Zack offered to drive it to Milwaukee after completion. Perfect! He arrived on time and made the handing over of the keys a feeling of accomplishment for me. Great experience! I found the Dodge Grand Caravan I was interested in online and contacted Sheboygan Auto to set up a Saturday appointment to see it (since I am not fro I found the Dodge Grand Caravan I was interested in online and contacted Sheboygan Auto to set up a Saturday appointment to see it (since I am not from the area). Ryan was the rep we met with. When we got there, he already had the van pulled into the bay so we could look at it out the the cold, which was awesome! We ended up purchasing the vehicle (which was quick and easy, even with financing). When we got home, I realized my kid's favorite CD was forgotten in the CD player of the car I traded in when we were moving stuff over!!! I contacted Ryan right away, hoping he would be able to get it for me. He was and mailed it to me so I didn't have to drive all the way back! Thanks for the great customer service, Ryan! More
