Dealership corrected issues, Still does not excuse manager.. We bought a used vehicle on Friday 10/19, brought it home and let it sit all weekend. Our sales man was Joel Hammen. Didn't have too many issues with him except he made about 5 typical car salesman statements attempting to create the urgency and get us to purchase after boasting how he isn't commission based. We went there with the intention of buying. We test drove the vehicle and after hearing him talk about how well the vehicles are inspected for a half hour, we took it home. It sat all weekend. Monday morning, take my daughter to school and go to work. Get done with work and go home. Later that night we run to the store and on our way back notice how the vehicle is accelerating without us touching the gas. We actually have to keep braking so we don't keep accelerating. We pull over, put it in park and the vehicle is still trying to accelerate. Going up to 3000 RPM's. So Tuesday, I start the van, I go inside, grab my things and come out to find the van growling. It is trying to accelerate again!!!!!! So I call the dealership, inform them of the issues and they ask me to bring it in. We asked to speak to a manager. Now here is where the issues begin. We speak with Randy Swihart. WOW. While I am trying to relay my frustration over the fact that I haven't had this vehicle for 4 days and already having issues; this inconsiderate waste of space is rolling his eyes at me, interrupting me, being condescending and then gets an attitude when I confront him on it. He lies to my face and then expects me to walk away satisfied???????? I have never in my life met a more entitled jerk in my life. There are a ton of negative reviews on other sites that have his picture attached because of the way he treats customers. How is he still employed??? I will never come back here and I will tell anyone I know, NOT to purchase a vehicle through you. It was the worst experience overall I have ever had buying a vehicle. I regret going there in the first place. Please do not respond with your empty apologies. Your staff are ill-equipped to deal with customers and that is blatantly apparent. Thank you for allowing me to waste my money. Oh and they will have my vehicle for a few more days. So in the week I have owned it, I have driven it 5 times. That's it. More

After the drive we sat down to talk about possibilities. A week later Omar called us with an excellent package of rebates and incentives. The car on the lot was not the color we wanted, so Omar got us the perfect car from Milwaukee. Two weeks after the test drive we are the happy owners of a beautiful Pacifica.
