A whole lot of promise with no follow through An experience that should have been a great experience in getting into a new vehicle, quickly went from good to poor. My experience started around 33 An experience that should have been a great experience in getting into a new vehicle, quickly went from good to poor. My experience started around 330PM at their satellite location a few miles away. While there, Ron was able to get me pre approved and find me a vehicle that I was very interested in and looking at purchasing. The only issue was that it was at their other location. No big deal, as it is only a few miles across town. Ron calls Omar and asks him to have the car ready when I get there, as I was very interested in it and would like to take it for a test drive. I show up to the dealership 15 minutes later, only to find that the car hadn’t been brought up or sent for yet. Ok, people get busy, understandable. Omar says he will send someone to find the vehicle for me and bring it up so I could take it for a test drive. It is about 4 PM at this time. I stand around for well over an hour only to be told, after approaching Omar, that “oh nobody told you, they could not find the car.” How does a dealership not find the car?? And more importantly how do you not relay this information to the customer waiting patiently in shop? Extremely pissed at this point, I walk around the car lot to see if there was anything else that was going to suffice for me, as I was in a position where I needed a new vehicle. While walking the lot, I find the car I originally showed up to see, sitting right in the parking lot where it was supposed to be. I walk back into the showroom and express my displeasure with how this whole situation is going down and then relay to Omar, by the way I found the car sitting right outside the door of the location. By this time, I am fuming and before I can take this for a test drive, I am informed that they would not be able to process the sale tonight because it was now too late. Of course it was, I had to sit around for hours while you guys “couldn’t find the car”. I left only to receive a call from the sales manager at the satellite location asking me to come in so we could submit the paperwork so when I came back at 8 the next morning everything would be ready to go. I come back in and everything goes according to plan on Saturday morning. Until I was going to leave. The car was a new trade in and because of this, it had not been detailed. Not a problem, I asked if I could take the car and bring it back Monday to be detailed. I had one caveat, I needed it done by 3 PM on Monday, as I had to leave town for work for the evening. Oh not a problem according to Omar. Monday morning comes, I drop the car off at 8 AM and leave for the day thinking, a new sale, the detailing department should have no problem getting 1 car done by 3, that is 7 hours. No call or update on the car so I call in at 3. At this time Omar states, “oh I was just going to call you(bull xxxx), your car wont be ready until tomorrow around noon.” Another lie and switch and bait by Omar. I come into the showroom to explain that this is now my only vehicle so how do they expect me to go to work? After causing a scene in the showroom, I was then offered a loaner vehicle. The next day, I come to pick up my vehicle. I take the keys and leave immediately, as I am fed up with this location at this point. Big mistake. I get home to find that my car has a fruit fly infestation still(not sure how this is possible if it was fully detailed), an $80 pocket knife no longer in the door panel, a $20 bill and various smaller bills missing from the compartment behind the touch screen and the floor mats all thrown in the back seat. As you can see, this experience was p*ss poor and followed up by p*ss poor customer service. THe only responses I have ever gotten from the dealership was multiple boiler plate emails asking if I could fill out a review on this site for them. Well guys, here is my review. Do not use this dealership for any reason what so ever, and if for some reason you can not avoid it...wait as long as possible to avoid having to deal with the lies and bull xxxx of Omar. More
