I was nervous about buying a vehicle I gave a 5 star rating because Sheboygan Chrysler made sure everything went smooth with the purchase of my Jeep Renegade. There were a few minor issues which needed to be corrected on the fully loaded, slightly used, Jeep of my dreams and Joel did not disappoint. Throughout the sales process he made me feel at ease by fully and clearly explaining the features and operation of the vehicle, to going over the financing terms, to connecting my phone to the Bluetooth, following up after the sale and made sure the minor issues we taken care of in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I returned a week after the sale (and after a large Wisconsin drop in temperature) with questions about the tires and Joel went so far as to drive with me, check the tire pressure and add air to the tires. I am extremely happy with the service I received. More
