Trade in for Jeep Grand Cherokee I started looking at trading in my 2013 Ford Fusion at the end of the 2017 year and upgrading to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Throughout my time dealing wit I started looking at trading in my 2013 Ford Fusion at the end of the 2017 year and upgrading to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Throughout my time dealing with Sheboygan Jeep and Chrysler I had nothing but the best experience with both Jordan and Brad. They didn't pressure into making any fast or permanent decisions and made the learning process very enjoyable. I felt as though I walked away with not only my car I wanted and desired, but walked away confident in my decision in knowing the value of the business I just did. I have recommended their help and assistance to several others already. All was enjoyable however besides the appraisal part of my car with Aaron. The friendly and welcoming environment I felt from Brad, Jordon, and the dealership seemed to be non-existent. I knew my car needed a few things such as tires and to have the A/C looked at, however the talk with Aaron about my car was almost degrading. It felt very uncomfortable talking with him. Everything seemed as though I was giving them a bad deal in handing over a car that needed some work. The reactions I received to my answers at the time made me feel as though I was a bother and unknowledgeable about the car I had opened for 4 years. I by no means was upset about the evaluation and appraisal of my car. I completely understand the business side of it. However, the service didn't match the rest of my experience. I would recommend the help of Jordon and Brad any day to anyone but would have a few other things to advise of as well. More

Thankful for his honesty on what he thought we would or wouldn't like in a vehicle and really wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. We have dealt with slimy salesman in the past who only had upselling on their mind, and was very thankful that this wasn't the case this time around and could decide at our own pace what we wanted to purchase.
