Took an instant liking to his easy going, non pushy personality, plus his vast knowledge of so many vehicles! He really helped us "sort through" the criteria, all the while, keeping the budget in mind. We got a fantastic trade-in for our other vehicle and Jennifer Weber worked her magic in finances. The entire team was able to put us in a 2018 Pacifica, loaded with goodies and even a trailer package-which will come in handy for traveling. We have NEVER owned a brand new vehicle before so we're making it our 40th wedding anniversary present to each other! Found what we wanted! I came in with a very specific budget and looking for a very specific vehicle. When there was nothing on the lot that met my needs, Chad found what I I came in with a very specific budget and looking for a very specific vehicle. When there was nothing on the lot that met my needs, Chad found what I needed at another dealer in a different state. He immediately called them to see if they would sell him the vehicle, and he made arrangements for someone to bring it here for me. I put a small deposit down to hold the vehicle, and made an appointment for the next weekend to test drive it. If I had decided not to purchase it, I could have gotten all my deposit back. My husband and I loved it, so we bought it on our return visit. We’ve had it for a few days now, and love it just as much. We had a private mechanic fully check it over, and beyond the normal wear and tear on the engine from the age of the vehicle, there is nothing failing, and we should be able to get a significant honeymoon period on our purchase. I was glad to have worked with Chad, and happy that he was able to make this happen so quickly and in our budget. More
