First Car Experiance I was hesitant to go to a dealership because the bank wanted such an obnoxious amount of money as a down payment for a car loan. I am a college studen I was hesitant to go to a dealership because the bank wanted such an obnoxious amount of money as a down payment for a car loan. I am a college student with student loans, and I thought it was nearly impossible to get the car I wanted because I wouldn't be able to get a car loan. I ended up going to test drive my 2016 Ford Fusion I ended up buying and also to talk to their financing department to see if they can figure out something for me in terms of a car loan. Jim Rauhut was quick to greet me as he saw me wandering around in the parking lot. He asked what car I was specifically looking at and explained my situation to him. He took me inside and helped me figure out my financing and arranged a test drive for me as well. He was very nice and down to earth. We went through all the paper work and ended up finishing with Jennifer Weber. She informed me that she found a bank that would give me a loan for the car I wanted, and at what I feel was a very reasonable interest rate for someone in my situation. The experience I received at Sheboygan Chrysler was truly remarkable. I will for sure be back for my next vehicle. More

When we were ready to ask questions and learn more about what they had to offer, we met Nathan Trottier. He was super knowledgeable and honest throughout the whole process. He was very personable and had an answer for all of our questions. He talks to you as a friend as opposed to a potential client. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you're interested in buying a vehicle! Oh and I'm OBSESSED with my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk :) More

Then after weeks of finding time in my schedule to come in they just "reset" the computer to no avail the light came back on two days later. Finally after weeks of finding time to come back in my thermostat is finally fixed. Now just this morning the car dosnt start. I'm amazed as this is my first time buying from a dealer that within the first year I've had so many issues More

Best experience I could have asked for My mom and I came to this dealership to look at a vehicle that caught our attention through an internet search. Because we were in a rush, we didn't c My mom and I came to this dealership to look at a vehicle that caught our attention through an internet search. Because we were in a rush, we didn't call in advance but just walked in to inquire about the vehicle. Right away, the person at reception asked me what I needed and got ready to call a salesperson over. At that exact moment, a salesman named Jim was walking by; he volunteered to help us right away. I was in a pretty tight situation time-wise because I needed to purchase a vehicle before moving across the country for a new job. Due to the time-sensitive nature of this position, I had only a few days to make everything happen. Jim was very sensitive to our situation from the very beginning. He wrote down our information and shared with us details about the vehicle. Although the car was still being cleaned in the shop and not ready for a test drive, he took us to see it. I saw other vehicles that day but no other dealer gave us the same level of attention. Jim diligently stayed in touch with me throughout the day. The next morning when the car became available for a test drive he called me to make sure I had a chance to try it before someone else purchased it. Several people were interested in this vehicle but Jim made sure we didn't miss our chance. He worked around me and my parents' very busy schedule, giving us all the attention we needed. We also received wonderful service from Leah regarding finances. She explained each step thoroughly and gave us the time we needed to make family decisions. At the end of the day, we left the dealer not only with the perfect car but also with the satisfaction of working with an amazing team. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the Sheboygan area. You will receive the professionalism of a big company and the attention and kindness of a family business.
