We narrowed it down and found the vehicle I wanted, but the lot didn't have one in the color I wanted. Jordon was contacting other dealerships right away to find exactly what we talked about and I couldn't be happier when I finally got to drive away in my brand new Jeep. The day of pick up was extremely busy at the dealership, which is understandable, but also the reason for the 4/5 rating. I worked with Leah for financing and she did a great job with quickly finding a lender and arrangement that fit within my budget. She was very thorough when explaining all the forms at signing. Overall, a wonderful first experience. More

He listened to what I wanted as opposed to pushing a sale. Josh took his time making sure I understood the situation and answered any and all questions. I want to stress that vehicles can be a big speed bump in your normal routine and that the people I worked with here looked out for me the buyer and not the sale. The day I purchased, my fiancé and I were the last customers in the building and the staff stayed behind making sure the process finished smoothly. Sharon-internet sales- was great in coordinating our test drive date with the vehicle we were interested in. Upon our arrival, we met salesperson, Zach who went over our wants and needs to determine the best fit. Luckily, that was the van we already had in mind. Zach took us to the van and provided the most thorough walk thru of the vehicle. It was great learning about the features instead of saying, here’s the keys have fun. The appraisal of our trade in was easy and fair. Upon deciding to buy the van Zach didn’t pressure us into any extras that we did not want. The time with Zach as a whole felt “no pressure”. He has a great personality and easy to talk with. Then we get to the financing employee. She was nice and pleasant-until we let her know we didn’t want the extra warranty packages for an outrageous cost. She kept pushing and trying to get us to agree to an extra warranty which we did not want. Then she took it upon herself to add an extra year to our financing-which we did not want-to benefit herself. Overall, it was a great transaction we just wish the financing employee would take no for an answer and not let it visibly show that she’s upset with our decision. More
