Sheboygan Chrysler did not push me into buying anything. Not like international. They are pushy and very hesitant about their coverage and how great it is and pushes you into buying it. Not for me. Yeah! I got my Town & Country!! I traded my older Town & Country in for one of the last ones made! I was really happy to see that there was another van for me, that I liked. Great service and experience I had previously looked at a jeep at VanHorn Plymouth and did not have a good experience there. I saw the same type of vehicle sitting on the lot here and decided to look at it. Nathan came out right away to assist and talk with us. He found out what features we were looking for and paired us with a vehicle that had those features, the other dealership tried to get us interested and purchase a vehicle that was totally different and something that we did not want. Nathan also stuck by us through every step of the way of buying our vehicle making this a very easy process to go through. All of the employees that are around the dealership are friendly even the ones that you are not directly dealing with. The dealership is clean and its nice to have a free drink while you are waiting. The financing person (sorry I don't remember her name) was VERY patient with us - explaining several times to us how she came up with the final purchase cost with all the discounts and rebates. Great Experience!! Was looking for a good used 4X4 pickup truck and found one at this dealership. Went to look at truck and was greeted at the door by Zack Pledl. They h Was looking for a good used 4X4 pickup truck and found one at this dealership. Went to look at truck and was greeted at the door by Zack Pledl. They had not inspected yet as it was a fresh trade. Wanted to take a look at the underside of truck and he offered to take into the service dept. and put on lift to inspect. I have been to several other dealerships and NO one offered to do this. He let me look over the truck, fire up and look under hood and inside. Asked if there were any service records and he got me a complete print out of all service since new! Great thing about this truck is it was bought new at this dealership and serviced here too. That tells me they have a good rep for service after the sale.. Zack offered to get any info that I asked for. I felt that he was honest with me and went out of his way to get me any info requested. They also took care of the issues that I noticed. 13 year old truck that I fell good about purchasing which I did.I Great experience Zack!
