Everyone from the front desk clerk to the management made you feel welcome. When I found the Van I wanted online I emailed Alia Corbett about any questions I had about the financing to the warranty. She always got back to me in a timely manner. The manager even gave me a call to talk about the vehicle I was interested in. Which was very nice. So that made up my mind where I was going to shop. My husband and I drove from Marinette 2 hours away and I 8 months pregnant just to buy from the Sheboygan dealers ship, even when Marinette dealership had our van in stock. But the customer service made our decision of where to buy from. When we got to Sheboygan we were greated by Mike Wolf a sales representative who made our vehicle experience easy. He answered all our questions about the two vans we were interested in looking at. He even went the extra mile to park the 2 Vans side by side, so we could compare them both. My husband and I ended up driving home with a brand new 2017 Pacifica. My husband, kids, and I love it. It is so roomy and stylish that my husband will even drive it.
