We had purchased the 2013 brand new from Sheboygan Chrysler and still owed money on it. We wanted a 6 speed manual transmission and a 1.4 L Turbo charged engine - like what we had. Randy Swihart and Zac Pledl worked with us and did a great job giving us some options. When we took the final offer to the bank to get the loan they assured us that the price was below the recommended price for the 2014 Dodge Dart they had found us. We have been buying cars from Randy and the team at Sheboygan Chrysler since the 1990's and have also done our service there. We like working with them. Never having leased or even bought a brand new vehicle before, I asked a lot of questions and Nathan answered them with knowledge and understanding of my needs. Customer focused experience I had been looking for a particular vehicle and was drawn to this dealership because they offered the largest list of comparable possibilities at one I had been looking for a particular vehicle and was drawn to this dealership because they offered the largest list of comparable possibilities at one location. After being treated with little respect for me or my trade in at other dealerships, I approached SCC very warily, expecting to get the same type of treatment. After spending about 20 minutes with Zack Pledl, who happened to meet me at the door, I started thinking, hey this guy is not pushing for a quick sale, but actually seems to be interested in what I have to say. I had a list of vehicles from the internet that I wanted to check out from their inventory, and Zack seemed more than happy to spend what ever time it took to allow me to do that, instead of me feeling like I was taking up too much time. Over 3 hours passed before we narrowed it down to one possibility, but my wife and I had one other van we wanted to see at another dealer and knowing we were going to a different dealer, Zack was just as friendly when we left as when we walked in. The other thing that impressed me is their appraisal of our vehicle. Brad encouraged us to go along when he did the test drive and came up with a trade value that was fair ( far more than the other dealers who just took numbers out of a book). In the end, we bought a different vehicle than we had intended, but again,never felt rushed. In all 3 trips to SCC we spent over 8 hours there, and when we left with the new vehicle, it was well after closing, but Zack and Brad made us feel like time was not as important as us being satisfied. Special kudos to Zack for his patience and making sure we were informed and happy through the process! No question about where we will go when the need for the next vehicle arises! More
