I emailed asking about a particular car I saw on the website at a much deeper discount than all the others and was promptly replied to by Sharon who passed my information on to Mike. He got back to me the next morning with a detailed price quote. I couldn't make it up there for a couple days and when I did the vehicle had been sold. They honored the price quoted on the original vehicle for another of the same model. I got a very fair value on my trade and the process was very quick and easy. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mike. I will definitely start my search with Sheboygan Chrysler Center the next time I am in the market. More

Couple of hiccups turn into a great experience Sean Landgraf was our sales rep. He was friendly & listened to our needs/wants and stuck to them! He was mindful of my budget and didn't try to push me into something I couldn't afford. I had gone to the dealership to look at a truck with a cap and towing package. There was one vehicle in particular I was interested in and I was not pushed to look at other vehicles that didn't fit my requirements. I had a slight hiccup trying to get financing through the dealership (becuase of our credit scores) but in the end it worked out to my advantage because my financial institution, N.E.W. Credit Union, was offering a special on vehicle financing and I got a great rate - 2.49%! We drove 70 miles to this dealership because they had the vehicle we were interested in. In 5 years when I'm ready for another vehicle I will consider this dealership again, and I hope Sean will be my sales guy again. More

From initial research with actual prices on the internet rather than MSRP (which gives you an idea of what the dealer is willing to do), to sales, to financing. These guys have it together. Almost all of my negotiating and financing was done via email and phone calls. Zack was a pleasure to work with, and Leah in financing fulfilled her end of the bargain with a closing that lasted less than half an hour (important to us becuase we have young children who have very short attention spans). In the end, we got a fair deal on our new vehicle with very little work on my end. Thank you! More
