My wife and I purchased a new CT5 last week (April 2024) from Sheehan Cadillac. We have had the good fortune to purchase several new cars and SUV from Sheehan Cadillac over the past 30+ years. Our sales representative was, and has been for the last 7 years, Mark Anthony Ferrari. Mr. Ferrari is very knowledgeable, practiced, sincere, and continues to be at the top of his game. Mr. Ferrari is the "Cadillac" of new car sales professionals. (Pun intended) I have had the opportunity, in the past 30 years, to use the service department for my schedule maintenance. I have found the service writers, service manager, parts people, runners, body shop, and car-wash folks the best. A story to illustrate a recent experience with the Sheehan Cadillac service department: My wife was returning home from work at New York Life and experience a flat on SR869. At the time, I was in Boston on business, so I was no help. She used the On-Star service to summon road-side assistance who put her spare on. My wife immediately drove to Sheehan's service department arriving as it was closing. A service writer, a mechanic and a car-wash guy stayed late to install the new tire and even wash the car, while my wife remained safe inside the dealership. I made a special trip to the dealership when I returned from Boston to personally thank all those involved. I would be remiss if I did not mention Tom Sheehan in this review. Tom recently plowed millions of dollars of earnings back into the dealership with a new showroom, an updated service center and pre-owned used car facility.
