I purchased this car from Sheehan 3 yrs ago and the r/headlight was out. They first told me it was the Ballast then unable to fix it told me it was the capsule and quoted me an exhorbatent price of clo r/headlight was out. Typical dealership price gouging. Im still without a headlight part ordered will have a mechanic friend install. More
When scheduled my appointment I was told 4 hrs to do the computer updates. We spent the 4 hrs and called to see if ready. We were told about some delay and car wouldn’t be ready until the morning. You have service coordinators who could be communicating with the service dept. A courtesy call would have been excellent service to tell us about the delay. I would have understood. Instead u had to call after 4 hrs only to be told about the delay. Additionally, I was told the handless truck open feature was fixed and it doesn’t work. Carlos quick call to me after I submitted the survey was responsive. My feedback is more directed at the operation. There could be a standard that service coordinator documents the customers they are working with, then checks in with service department.
