Yesterday, November 12th, I had my oil changed and my tires rotated at this location. James was great, thanks. But I have two concerns. First, after the tire rotation, the car’s performance worsened and now often jerks while driving. Second, some money was taken from my car. It wasn’t much, just a few dollars, but I’m glad I had taken out the larger bills, as they would likely have been taken too. We were shocked, and I hope the manager can check the security cameras to identify who may have done this. This is a reputable place with a good atmosphere. I’ve enjoyed the excellent coffee from their $10,000 coffee machine. I still hope to return soon for future services and to consider buying a car here. More
