Three Cadillacs in and I was looking for a Lyriq in stock with all of the bells and whistles without the wait, so I Googled, Sheehan popped up and I decided to stop in. In a matter of minutes I was pleasantl with all of the bells and whistles without the wait, so I Googled, Sheehan popped up and I decided to stop in. In a matter of minutes I was pleasantly greeted by the Sales Manager Tony Guerrera. He did a short introduction and wanted to know what brought me in. He instantly connected us with one of his top salesmen Jay Pregiato. Jay broke the news that the Lyriq we were checking out was scheduled for a test drive in a matter of minutes. Bummer! But, as we entered the showroom, there it was a vision of beauty…..I instantly fell in love and told Jay that I must have it. So, without further ado, no test drive needed, because I’ve done that before, the deal was finished in about 45 minutes or less. I didn’t take it home that day, it was raining something awful but when I returned it was outside with a hard plate, no silly temp tag, freshly detailed waiting outside. They have won my business definitely! Here’s the best part, how often is it you are thanked personally by a large dealership’s owner? I was and it felt pretty darn cool! What an experience!
