F After years of purchasing and servicing my vehicles, I came across a dealership with the most professional, honest, understanding and helpful staff. From the purchase to the service, it was a most positive experience I have had in quite some time. Mark Ferrari was extremely helpful in locating an XT5 which would be of interest. When it did arrive, the Service Manager Darrell took time to introduce himself and offer any services I would need. I will always be thankful to them and the entire Sales Management, Sales Professional and the Service Specialists that I met and had dealings with. Can't forget the Used Car Dept. Great group that knew their cars. Thank You all. George Kvocka More

He found Sheehan Cadillac in Pompano Beach with excellent reviews and ratings. We drove all the way from Naples to check it out. The whole team certainly delivered an excellent buying experience. Our salesman Eric Trouillot worked with us in a professional manner and was very genuine. The sales manager was Kirk Rowdon and he offered an alternate car to the first one. He was direct, no nonsense and easy to work with. The team worked well together to make our purchase affordable and an excellent experience. The extra drive was well worth it More

Bad Experience, they don't look to build a relationship! I was rather surprised at how i was treated. Nice lot, nice cars, sales people seemed very friendly. I looked at a pre-owned 2009 Escalade ESV I was rather surprised at how i was treated. Nice lot, nice cars, sales people seemed very friendly. I looked at a pre-owned 2009 Escalade ESV on Monday March 26th around 7:20pm. I asked the sales person what ESV stood for, and they didn't know. That right there is perhaps when i should have walked away. I was told that the 2009 could not be certified but it had been given a 172 cadillac inspection and was all good. Sales person even confirmed this in a text message the next day when i asked. There were two tiny dents that were pointed out to me, to be honest i may have spotted one, but it was hard to see the second one. I was told these would be fixed the next day. I liked the fact they showed me these. Sales person and me (along with my three young kids) went on a test drive. Sales person was very friendly, and i felt like i could have driven for as long as i wanted. He was a decent guy, and i never felt pressured. This is how i expected it to be at a prestige dealer. I went home that night feeling quite excited. The sales person and me had worked out a price i was happy with, and tomorrow i would complete their finance form and then do the transaction same day. The next day, i was asked by the salesperson to send over a text to his mobile the front and back of my credit card so he could show his management he had secured a buyer. I was not comfortable doing this, but said i was more than happy to phone their office and leave a deposit. He said that i didn't need to do that, but i should complete the finance form ASAP. I did complete ASAP and got approved very quickly. I spent the day asking for the report from the 172 inspection i was told the car had completed. This never materialized. I asked about doing my own inspection and they said that should be fine, however it was now getting close to 5pm and the local firestone place couldn't do the inspection that night. I thought to myself, "this is cadillac, they've done the 172 inspection, i should trust them." however enroute to the dealer (i live 60 minutes away) i called the salesperson and asked if he could get the report. I really wanted to see the report results, to see if things like Brakes or Wheels needed changing anytime soon. He said he could not get the report as the service manager had already gone home, but he would provide it the next day. He assured me the car was inspected. This is a large investment, so i said i would prefer to come back the next day, when his service manager was back in, so i could check the report. He agreed, and was very polite and saw my point of view. The next day his sales manager was calling me asking about the report. I spoke to him, and advised that i just want to see the results so i know what car im buying. I was 95% confident the car would be fine, but as this was my first car purchase (all others have been a lease) i was cautious on what i was buying. Sales manager said he would try and speak to their engineers to see what he could offer me. I texted the original sales person (he was off this day) and said that i am collecting my kids and then i'm going to come to the dealer and take the car to Firestone and have an inspection done. He replied "ok thanks". Then i get a call from the sales manager saying that they cannot provide this report, since it has never had a 172 inspection, just a safety inspection - so now i was lied to/ misled. He then tells me "perhaps this is not the car for you" to which i reply, yes its fine, i am on my way now to you, i would like to take it for an inspection and if all good carry on with the transaction. He then told me to hold on, as he had another sales person showing it to someone else. I was gobsmacked. I had spent several hours talking about this car to them, on text, to warranty companies, to their finance person etc. I had completed their finance form and been approved. Not to mention the distance i had driven (i live in jupiter). I was gobsmacked because i didn't expect them to sell to another party when they knew i was going through the process of buying it. I was gobsmacked because they didn't have the decency to even tell me this might happen, nor ask me for a deposit - that i myself had even offered. I was gobsmacked that all they wanted to do was make a sale, they didn't seem to care about building a relationship with a customer - just a quick sale to them. The sales manager basically said this is business and that the car is on sale until someone signs. I would expect this from a private dealer, however i would not expect this from a prestige dealer such as cadillac. My interactions with them over the 30 hours was clear and obvious of my intentions, all they needed to do was ask me for a deposit (which i offered) or advise me that they are still showing the car. I wouldn't even mind them showing the car as long as they told other people that there is a sale pending. I was also shocked because they seemed so friendly and nice and wanting to help me, and kept saying how they totally understood why i would want to see the report. Even when the sales person told me they might have another buyer and i told him how annoyed that had made me, he kept his composure. To me this is a very good sign of their character. They want a sale and will take a sale regardless of who this might impact or affect. I'm also glad i pushed for that report, as i was misled when i was told the car had gone through the 172 point cadillac certified inspection. Had i bought the car based on being told that, then i can only imagine the headache and issues that car may have given me 3-6 months on. Sales manager said they would look for a better car for me - who knows perhaps they will and they will redeem themselves. More
