I truly feel the people behind the scenes are the true hero's and experts that recognize the value of making customers their priorities. During my visit at Sheehan I purchased an Escalade in which I recognized some minor issues so I reached out to Rebecca, who managed to make it a priority in getting them resolved and she did. The truth of the matter is that she was able to control the matter in a professional spirit which reassured me that I made the right decision. I've never experienced such attention and great customer service, special thanks to Rebecca for being a professional which results in being a great asset to Sheehan Cadillac. More

Mgmt reversed our experience! We visited here after viewing an ATS on the Internet. As many salesman OVER SALE with less than the truth, we unfortunately had that experience on our visit. As a previous owner of 3 cadillacs, we sure weren’t looking for anything other than the truth of the cars history. We left with a bad experience from that salesman. After continuing to be unsettled with that visit, we contacted the Manager, Kirk the following morning. He went above and beyond to change our negative experience immediately. A new salesman Arthur was excellent. Kirk offered for him to drive the Cadillac to our home that evening, which was about 45 minutes of travel. We actually drove the car Fell in love with the car. Here we are two days later owning this Cadillac. We are very happy and very pleased. We will definitely recommend this dealership, management, and sales person to others. Rebecca Hussle, Customer Experience Manager, checked with us to confirm that our issues were taken care of and that we were well satisfied overall with our visit. Excellent Service from Jamie Wells & Rebecca Husstle I drove in to the service department today without an appointment to have a faulty tire sensor looked at. I was greeted by Jamie Wells who was extremely professional. Within 45 minutes Jamie had me out the door with a brand-new tire sensor. It is important to note that I drove to Sheehan Cadillac from my Coral Springs home simply because I was frustrated With the previous service I had received from Ed Morse Cadillac Relative to the same issue. I actually left five voicemails to two different service advisors at Ed Morse Cadillac, with no return calls from either of them. The service team at Sheehan Cadillac made me feel as though I was a 20 year plus customer. I then spent 15 minutes with Rebecca who helped in getting a free offer with OnStar.
