Smooth Car Buying Experience My wife and I had previously looked at purchasing a Ford Expeditions and we worked with Crystal Treadway. At that time, we decided to not purchase. With the big end of year discounts going on during the week of Thanksgiving, however, I decided it was time to replace our 2011 Expedition with a new one. I found the car we wanted on line at a different Sheehy dealership. I contacted Sheehy Ford in Springfield and requested Crystal due to the great service she had previously provided for us. In less than 3 hours I was able to purchase the vehicle and the dealership started working the process of having it delivered from the other Sheehy dealership to the Springfield location. Everything worked as planned, and I was able to keep the entire purchase a surprise for my wife! Crystal is easily the best, and most friendly, car salesperson I have dealt with. Since we live further south of Springfield, it's a nice perk, using the VIP Program, that we can take our car for service at a closer Sheehy location if need be. More

Crystal is very knowledgeable and was a breeze to work with I originally contacted Sheehy because they sponsor rugby and as a referee I have their name on the back of several of my jerseys It just so happened I originally contacted Sheehy because they sponsor rugby and as a referee I have their name on the back of several of my jerseys It just so happened that they had the truck I was looking for and the salesperson and team that knew what customer service was all about. Everyone had a sense of humor and you could tell they really enjoy what they do. Tina in the finance department as well as the rest of the Sheehy team did an excellent job explaining the many options available. Crystal unlike another dealers sales team actually knew how to use a tape measure. I needed the bed dimensions for my custom made rack and the other dealer was 10 inches off!! I drove 300 miles to verify that the other dealer had the wrong dimensions and measured it myself. When I asked Crystal the same dimension question she was spot on!! This time it was a 250 mile AMTRAK trip up and 250 mile trip back in my New Ranger Well Done 2-All !! More
