Excellent and Amazing Experience Crystal, Jake, and Joe were amazing and professional. We initially went to Sheehy Ford looking to purchase a used vehicle. We also saw the Ford Flex Crystal, Jake, and Joe were amazing and professional. We initially went to Sheehy Ford looking to purchase a used vehicle. We also saw the Ford Flex and were torn between the two choices. Jake was extremely patient as we test drove both cars with our entire family in tow! When we finally decided on the Ford Flex, Crystal was extremely professional in walking us the process of purchasing a Ford. Crystal followed up with us to find out whether we had any questions and even scheduled our first maintenance appointment. I came in knowing what I wanted, Max showed me some features of the vehicle I wasn't aware of, and we proceeded to business negotiations. I was not pressured into any decisions or financial options, rather just presented them and given detailed explanations. Once everything was locked in, Max went out of his way to clean my plates that were being transferred over, and ensure my new truck was in top condition. He even went as far as to help me move my tool box over from my original truck. I can't say enough good things about the Sheehy Ford sales team, and particularly Maxxx Manu. Maxxx listened to what I wanted and took into account what I needed in a truck. He did not fail me. The truck he picked for me to look at was perfect. It had what I needed and nothing more. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need or want. I fell in love with the truck the moment he showed me. If I need to buy a vehicle again I will be returning to Maxxx. My experience with Brian Wallenius was awesome as well. Normally the financial piece can make a person nervous, but he put me at ease from the beginning. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Overall everyone at this dealership was great to work with. I did not feel pressured in the slightest. Will do business here again. More

Interesting Experience We first noticed this dealership on True Car. I had picked out a different Explorer originally. I decided to look on the dealer website and fell in lo We first noticed this dealership on True Car. I had picked out a different Explorer originally. I decided to look on the dealer website and fell in love with a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. I filled out an information request immediately and Jake contacted me in a timely manner. We set up a time to come see the car and drove over an hour to see it. He even mentioned he would pull the keys Sunday morning so it wasn't sold from under us. We got to the dealership and were greeted by Maxxx who was very welcoming. He ended up taking care of us. We went on a test drive, came back and were filling out paperwork. As we were filling out paperwork, we were informed that someone had come in while we were test driving and was trying to purchase the same vehicle out from under us! That was a very stressful situation but Maxxx fought for us since we were there first. THANK GOODNESS MAXXX FOUGHT FOR US!! After I got home, I noticed an issue with the vehicle and called Maxxx. He answered even though he was already off for the day. He had me send pictures and told me he would be in contact. This is true customer service! More
