Wednesday for my dad to look at the vehicle. Thursday for an appraisal of a vehicle I would trade in. Friday for my daughter to look at the vehicle (since it was for her), and ultimately purchased that day. Saturday I came in to actually turn in the trade in. So almost a week process, but it was my choice, and Crystal was helpful every step of the way. Additionally, I needed a shuttle back and Bob from service drove me as their normal person was unavailable. I appreciated the personal attention to get me where I needed to be. More

Since I had just started a new job, I told him I would have to wait a bit until I could move forward with the process. He understood this and was patient, not pushy at all. When I came in to the dealership, he answered all of my questions and the price was exactly what I expected from TrueCar. Here's what made the experience extraordinary. This was my first car with a manual transmission (Focus ST), and I had only had a couple hours of driving practice. I was planning on having my friend come pick me up, but Maxxx told me that he had previous experience as a driving instructor. He took an hour out of his day to give me a driving lesson, and I improved so much that I drove home myself (with a big smile). Not only was the teaching effective, but it went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and glad I chose this dealership. More
