Was also charged $171.99 each for two rotors that are available online for $90.00 I was told that while the tires were off that they would be rotated when reinstalled...didn’t happen. Was offered a rental car while my truck was in the shop, dropped off by a shuttle but getting a shuttle from the rental car back to the dealership was a bridge too far and ended up walking. Way over priced for the quality of service. Do not waste your time with this service department. More

Had an APPOINTMENT for a simple oil change and have been here 2 hours and told at least another half hour to 45 minutes before complete. Three hours for an oil change is a quite excessive. Not quite sure the point in having an appointment when they don't seem to honor it. Also leading up to the service I emailed several times to get more information on the service (does not list details or pricing on website) and never received a response. I eventually called and the lady was helpful but don't have an email address if you are not going to respond to it. More
