From the first time we met and to the very end of our deal, Maxxx was the best salesman I ever dealt with in any of my car purchasing experience. He was always honest and going out of his way to get the best deal we could get on our new vehicle. He gave us step by step details of what we will be expecting and how our vehicle will be delivered. Even when I was out of town, he kept in touch and gave me the status of our vehicle. The rest of the Sheehy staff was super friendly and provided a great experience when we were at the dealer. I cannot say enough good things about this dealer and Maxxx, I would not hesitate to recommend my friends and family to this dealer, if they ever were shopping for a Ford. Excellent Experience, Awesome Sales Employee After looking for a couple of months, multiple dealerships, and all day on Saturday without results, we were just about to call it quits when we visit After looking for a couple of months, multiple dealerships, and all day on Saturday without results, we were just about to call it quits when we visited Sheehy Ford of Springfield. We were greeted by Maxxx Manu, we explained what we were looking for and he came right back with a print out and keys for 2 vehicles that met our needs. We test drove a vehicle, loved it and then went back inside for negotiations. To our surprise, negotiations were simple and they met the price range we wanted. Maxx is the sales person you need! Patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile. We came to the dealership late in the evening not expecting to find what we wanted. When we did, they had closed for the evening. Maxxx and the business officer William stayed until the last signature was signed around 11:00 pm. After that Maxxx showed us features on the car and synced my phone. Thanks to Maxxx and the Sheehy team I finally purchased my new car! More

I never got the sense he was trying to just agree with me to get the sale, but really to put me in the car I really wanted/needed. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant and painless sales experiences I have ever had. Sheehy Ford does a great job as an organization in providing quality of sale over quantity. I will be recommending Maxxx as a reference for anyone interested in buying a Ford in the NoVA area. More

When we arrived for the second time during late afternoon following a call to announce our arrival, Maxxx was happy to work with us. He had the key ready when we arrived for a test drive, available to answer questions and to start the purchase. He patiently and kindly spent as much time with us as was needed to complete the purchase process as well as orient us to the operation of the vehicle. Amazing Staff My husband and I bought our first car together at Sheehy Gaithersburg. Having moved to Virginina, we knew that we had to check out Sheehy Springfield My husband and I bought our first car together at Sheehy Gaithersburg. Having moved to Virginina, we knew that we had to check out Sheehy Springfield for the second car. Lo and behold, our Faithful car (not from Sheehy) died and went to car heaven. So we began our search for the new addition to our auto family. After much internet perusing, we came across this beautiful ford fusion AND it was at Sheehy. Not even 12 hours later, La-Quisha emailed me, texted me and called me about our interest in the vehicle. Knowing my husband had more questions, she called him at my request and we made an appointment at 8:30 pm to see the car. She accommodated for our busy schedule at no complaint. With the CPO at the Easy Sheehy Price, we were not going to take any chances. We bought the car that very day mainly because of her ambition, dedication and excellent customer service. Shout out to Lisa for hooking us up with the great perks that Sheehy offers. These two ladies, and Will at financial, made my husband and I feel like we were #VIP and we are grateful. More

Pay close attention to the financing process! The sales guys weren't actually bad. I explained my wife was picky about a couple options. No trade in, and we had a bank check with us, so we wouldn't need financing. We discussed using my USAA discount, but the salesman said that he could make the numbers better, so we could skip it (without offering much detail). None were pushy and everything seemed to be going well... until finance. The salesman wrote down the MSRP from the window sticker (~$29K). He also wrote that they were offering $5,500 off the MSRP, and wrote the new total down (~$24K). The final line said the price was the ~24K + tax, title, and fees. I agreed, and signed the piece of paper. Almost immediately after, the salesman came back to mention that the car had been hail damaged, but it had been fixed. I asked the customer service lady if she could find out how extensive the damage was or if there was a record of repair. She returned saying that there was no way to tell. I ran the VIN # and found the damaged car in Ashland VA, with their "internet price" of $25,221. This is when I started to be slightly hesitant about the transaction. Immediately after entering finance, the finance guy started talking about the loan we were getting. Apparently he was ready to sign us up for ~$29K loan at 6+% interest! My wife and I hover around 800 credit score... this was their rate! I immediately questioned how they came to the ~29K number, and why the need for financing since I had a check. Fiinance guy talked to the sales guy and came back working new numbers w/o "my $1K Ford credit for getting the financing." Magically he started w/ a lower number again, but then when adding the tax, title, and fees in, something was off. Even accounting for their ridiculous $699 "Processing Fee," my math and their math was off by ~875. When questioned, the finance guy said it was Tax. title, fees... and freight. I pointed out that the written agreement only said "fees..." not "fees and freight"... and the $875 freight is part of the MSRP on the window sticker as "Destination and Delivery," so it was assumed they were talking about their $699 processing fee. He said "We took it out, and we're adding it back." I asked them if I were to pay full MSRP, would they try to tack on freight? He said they wouldn't, but since they discounted the MSRP (that included freight in the price), they tack it in as a fee after they reduce the price. I pointed it out that it was included in the original MSRP that the $5,500 was deducted from, so in effect, I'm technically charged twice if they claim "freight" as a fee. It was around that point that I went with my gut and left. First the hail damage surprise, second the $29K loan at 6+%, and then the $875 miscommunication on what the word "fees" pertain to... I have bought a LOT of cars over the years... I've never had this level of miscommunication. It was so grievous, it's hard to not think that they were intentionally trying to bait me w/ a low price then rack the difference back up in fees. More
